The Republic of China government, in response, established the Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan on July 1, 2004 in an attempt to strengthen the competitive edge in the international financial markets and to better oversee the trends of cross-line business operation by the financial holding corporations. The Financial Supervisory Commission was established by consolidating the former Bureau of Monetary Affairs, Securities and Futures Commission, Department of Insurance and such financial supervisory authorities under the Ministry of Finance along with the Central Bank of China, Central Deposit Insurance Corporation and such financial examination authorities. Since then the Republic of China has joined the camp of countries with uniform financial supervision. A successful financial reform calls for sophisticated utilization of all powers and momentums, notably including employees’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment which are the very keys to the success of financial reform. The present study aims at the personnel and officers in the Financial Supervisory Srganization as the target subjects to probe into that after establishment and implementation of the uniform supervisory authority, the relationship of employees’ attitude toward organizational change upon their job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The present study adopts an intensive survey to collect data through questionnaire surveys. A total of 582 copies of the questionnaire were connected as valid samples which were inspected and verified through descriptive analysis, factor analysis, T-test, single factor variable analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis and such statistical methods. Further the results of hands-on proof and analysis yielded the following findings: I、In demographic statistics attributes, the employees' attitude toward organizational change, job satisfaction, organizational commitment show partially significant differences. II、Employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment demonstrate significant positive interrelationship. III、Employees' attitude toward organizational change demonstrates a significant impact upon the job satisfaction. IV、Employees' attitude toward organizational change demonstrates an impact upon organizational commitment : (i)Attitude toward perception of organizational reform, sentimental attitude show a significant impact upon the organizational commitment. (ii)The inclination attitude of the organizational reform behaviors shows a significant impact upon the commitment to the value efforts in the organizational commitment. In summing up, based on the findings yielded through hands-on proof studies, the present study offers certain connotation and suggestions about management practice. Such findings are believed to be worthwhile reference to the Financial Supervisory Organization and the subsequent researchers.
