Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 傳播管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 97 === Recently, the broadcast network industry grows rapidly, especially the digital video industry. While value chain has been constructed, how to effectively manage the complicated relationship among Internet Content Providers, Aggregator, and Internet Service Providers remains the next challenge. Thus, this research begins with the concept of value chain and further explores how aggregator links up with the different stakeholders. This research applies two major theories: Key Success Factors and Strategy Map to explore a case study, the ELTA Technology. In the deeply interviewing with ELTA’s CTO (Chief Technology Office), this research digs out 12 critical success factors. It follows with the exploration of imagined chart of the ELTA’s strategy map: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal perspective, innovation and learning perspective. To answer the question mentioned in chapter 1, four reflections are concluded as below: 1. 12 key success factors could possibly explain the success of ELTA Technology, especially marketing capability, integrated of cross industry, fast responded capability, and breed up the talent. 2. In order to maintain the key success factors, ELTA Technology highlights the perspective of human resource, then uses information system to maintain the daily operation, and finally builds up the organizational vision. 3. The research is attempting to propose the imagined strategy map of ELTA Technology, which could detail the linkage among the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal perspective, innovation and learning perspective. 4. Due to the maturity of the digital video industry, the aggregator in the above-mentioned value chain will be more important. The thesis provides the details of one important aggregator firm, the ELTA Technology, which could arguably serve as the contribution of this thesis.
