Therefore, knowledge management becomes a major issue. To improve the will of knowledge sharing of the organization is good to promote the knowledge management. The study uses the trust, relationship and growth as the personal factors and the culture of organization, the culture of incentive and sharing system as the factors of organization. It adds personal background to find factors which influence the employee’s intention of knowledge sharing. The survey of questionnaire is completed by the method of convenient sampling. 160 available samples are acquired. After that, these available samples can utilize statistic methodology of T test, ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) and Multiple Regression Analysis to do the data analysis. The results of this thesis show that the will of knowledge sharing is influenced with personal background of work experience and different careers. It has significant positive relationship between the trust and the will of knowledge sharing. It also has positive relationship between perusing staff’s growth and the will of knowledge sharing. In order to enhancing the interpersonal relationship, the employees would like to share their knowledge. If the organization had the environment of open, innovation and teamwork, employees would like to share their knowledge.
