However, the successful cases of mergers and acquisitions which could increase the amount of the transaction and have a truly one plus one greater than or equal to 2 of 2, the possibility was not really increasing. Some studies found that 50% of the acquisition is a failure case, and even pointed out that about 7 percent of the acquisition was not able to reach the desired result, is a complete failure, the key factor is “staff” [36][13]. Enterprises gone through merger would normally decreased their estimated synergy due to the different cognitive behavior between company and staff.[2] This study investigated the situation in a business combination, the impact on staff a sense of job security factors, and through interviews with experts, to find individual businesses and employees in response to countermeasures, and will study the results of individual businesses and employees as a reference and recommendations. Through questionnaires and experts interviewing, this study documented the following conclusions: good corporate culture, the professional staff of outstanding ability, good interpersonal relations staff, guaranteed wages and benefits will help to enhance a sense of security; on the enterprises, during the merger, the combined information to increase transparency, as well as merger-related procedures to enhance the sophistication and attention to the merger with employee's rights and interests of balance, sense of security staff to enhance have a positive help. Individuals on the staff's point of view, more than usually self-education and training multi-professional capacity, the development of good interpersonal relationships, in the face of a business combination with an open mind when the company embraced the impact of the merger, employees will be able to effectively raise their own sense of security work.
