In the era of 1,980 years , a lot of feminist researchers criticize studies which follow theories of Marx , Braverman and Burawoy ,because of these theories setting up by "male workers"experience, the experience of female workers in these theories , is not easy to be seen. Therefore, I hope that this study with reference to Western feminists who look at "technical" approach, re-examine the gender implications of "technology", and take more detailed look at day-to-day labour practices with skilled practices of national freeway toll-collectors.And I try to take "technology" as a starting point to understand why the toll-collector of national freeway facing ETC system , and going to lose their jobs can not confidently fight for their rights ,which would relate to their weak skill-identification , and the implication of gender images behind the concept of "technology".
