More toward Computer Assisted Learning and taking more care about personalized learning. The study applies "uses and gratification theory" to discuss the relationship between user's preference, user's motivation and the degree of gratification in different learning styles in the Technology mediate learning (TML) environments . This thesis conductes the investigation, valid questionnaires amount to 205, deducting 2 invalid questionnaires. By using Kolb's learning style scale to understand the relationships between users' learning styles. Having finished data analysis, three major motivation factors of learners are identified: 1. challenging motivation, 2. subject motivation, and 3. examination, and two major satisfaction factors of learners are identified: 1. knowledge needed, 2. acceptance measure. According to the personal information of the users, sex and work experience are both significantly related with motivation of TML learners. And there is indirect effect in the motivation between knowledge needed and acceptance measure of the degree of gratification. For the learners with the learning styles as "divergence type", "assimilation type" and "convergence type", they will pay much attention to "acceptance measure" and "knowledge needed"; for the "assimilation type" learners get more motivations on challenging and subject in the curriculum.
