The operation of financial organizations in the industrial development of the world plays a very important role. Under the circumstance of increasing demand for international financial transactions and the more complex financial products, the innovative financial instruments and related financial businesses have become more liberalized and diversified. However, many new problems will thus also be derived from them, and which will raise operational risks in the financial services industries. The status of banks’ risk management, following by the requirements of whole financial market environment, has become more important. Therefore, in order to strengthen the constitution of financial organizations, the banking introduced a new version of the Basel II agreement based risk management system to strengthen the bank's risk management mechanism and to enhance market competitiveness. Based on the Basel II agreement, banks have to develop or purchase sound risk assessment model and related information systems. Meanwhile, they also require a certain degree of employee training in order to achieve the anticipated benefits. The banks themselves not only have to overcome the organization resistance arising from facing new risk procedures, as well as to avoid the additional expenses possibly because of the implementation, but also can’t be exempted from encountering the important issues related to the feasibility, applicability and efficiency of the system. The purpose of this thesis is to argue if the adoption of the bank's risk control and management systems can meet the requirements, by means of extended Technology Acceptance Model 3 to discuss its feasibility assessment. Eventually it goes in accordance with the data analysis from the outcome of questionnaire survey and the adoption of testing factors analysis and structural equation modeling to conduct research , hope to identify the important factors to influence bank employee of using the risk management system.
