In the optical detection device, according to the choice of appropriate conditions for the mechanical design of mechanical components for assembly, optical path system is the use of visual inspection of the lighting is more commonly used technology to explore. Automatic control system to P (Pulse Command) control law by a computer to send signals through the optical ruler for the closed-loop feedback (Close loop) control system. Visual inspection using image processing module line technology, to simplify the image processing for image measurement and identification of defects. The results showed that by writing to integrate the control and visual inspection can be done man-machine interface line, circle and point of measurement, automatic control can be done, as well as automated image acquisition than the right, in the mobile above the rate of capture of 3mm/sec image sampling image will cause instability, character recognition using back-propagation neural network training in order to identify the effect of font, the successful identification of 99%.
