Furthermore, this discussion of the differences of job satisfaction and turnover intention exists among correctional officers with different background. From the relative research frameworks, literature and investigated 158 samples, through research results, the paper expects to conclude a concrete statement and suggestions as a useful reference for the government, administrators and other researchers. Through analyzing the results, the conclusions as follows: 1.The job characteristic and job satisfaction of employees were moderate and they were taken on lower turnover tendency. 2.Job satisfaction and turnover intention commitment depend on individual attribute. 3.There is a correlation between Correctional officers’ job characteristic and job satisfaction. 4.There is a partial correlation between Correctional officers’ job characteristic and turnover intention. 5.There is a correlation between Correctional officers’ job satisfaction and turnover intention. 6.Correctional officers’ job characteristic significantly effect job satisfaction. 7.Correctional officers’ job satisfaction J significantly effect turnover intention. 8.Correctional officers’ job characteristic has no correlation with turnover intention due to job satisfaction effect turnover intention indirectly.
