In our study, we aim at investigating the influence of relationship learning in cross-cultural training on cross-cultural adjustment. We expect relationship learning can mediate cross-cultural training activities, and further facilitate cross-cultural adjustment in the organization. This research also attempts to provide beneficial suggestions and managerial implications for expatriates and international student who wants to study abroad in Taiwan. The study selected international students in southern Taiwan. A total of 202 valid respondents completed the questionnaire. Statistical analyses and techniques are applied to verify the proposed hypotheses. Data analyses procedures starts from Descriptive Statistics of respondents, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, T-test, ANOVA, Multiple Regression Analysis, and LISREL analysis to test the hypothesis of the research. Analysis results and interpretations are extracted in the end of each section. This study combines the Relationship Marketing and Human Resource Management concepts to develop the conceptual model. By evaluating international students in Taiwan, we extend the theoretical generosity; and by distinct the impact of cross-cultural training on cross-cultural adjustment with the mediators of relationship learning, this study has a cross-field integration and application.
