However, the integration of ERP and other systems, such as Business Intelligence system or Knowledge Management system, is not yet prevalent. The main goal of this research is to discuss the relationships between ERP II system intergration, the leading style of excutives, organization studies, IT technical skills, and other factors, and furmore, to discuss whether the factors we prementioned will affect enterprise organization achievements. The research used network questionnaire survey as research tool. The study target were staffs from Hi-tech industrials in South Taiwan Science Park and Hsinchu Science Park. Simply throughout sampling, the researcher sent out emails and invited the staffs to fill out the form. The amount of effective questionnaire is 132. The researcher utilized SPSS statistics software to analyze the samples by using factor analysis, t test, ANOVA, two-factor variance analysis, correlation analysis, cluster analysis, regression analysis, etc. The Research findings are as followings: 1.Members with different population characteristic variables (occupation,age,and education) have remarkable different perspective about the relationships between ERP II system intergration, the leading style of excutives, rganization studies, IT technical skills, and other factors, 2. ERP II system intergration, the leading style of excutives, organization studies, IT technical skills, and other factors have remarkable connection. 3. ERP II system intergration, the leading style of excutives, organization studies, IT technical skills, and other factors have remarkable influence on organization achievement. 4. Different groups of members will have remarkable difference on ERP II system intergration, the leading style of excutives, organization studies, IT technical skills, and organization achievement.
