The collaboration between two different business entities is an important way to attain the competitive advantage because it could reduce the supply chain overall costs. Thus, the enterprise’s survival way is to response rapidly, to reduce inventory and to cut the costs. The goal of supply chain managemen is to minimize the costs of the system and to meet the service standards. Supply Chain collaboration is to integrate the all activities. Inventory management and demand forecast are considered the most important subjects in the supply chain management. As the shortened product life cycle and the requirements of customization, the demand forecasting is becoming more difficult and challenging. While in the supply chain, VMI is not only able to cut down costs, but also to improve the service levels. Therefore, it was considered as one of the main systems when the members attend to build the strategic alliance. This research applies the dynamic analog system software to simulate the domestic food industry dynamics chain system models: one is the traditional food industry supply chain systems without information feedback; the other is the food industry supply chain systems with VMI. The purpose of this study is that by the current circumstances of food industry, the construction of dynamic models, the results of simulation analysis to put forward conclusions and recommendations providing the food industries as development of supply chain collaborative references. 黃仲正 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
