In this study, we analysis about home delivery needs, understanding customer home delivery needs, including basic information of consumers, the use of delivery of goods, and analysis that the delivery of the freight industry discounts affect the customer needs. We will understand the customers shipping discounts will make the customers early delivery goods and change the home delivery company, if the customer needs to know in advance will reduce vehicle operating costs, on the other hand, attract competitors’ customers ,and the home delivery company will increase the competitive advantage and profit . This study for home delivery of customer needs analysis done by descriptive statistics understands customer needs in home delivery industry, and the study will measure that discounts will increase the revenue to carry out strategic analysis, and provide delivery discount pricing strategy for the industry to develop and follow-up study of the reference.
