Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 國際企業學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship among individual traits, interpersonal networks, departmental culture, organizational commitment and job Performance. A sample of workers from a traditional manufacturing firm is selected. A total of 66 effective respondents are finally selected from four departments. The measurements for interpersonal network include items for advice networks, emotional networks and intelligent networks. A social network analysis of Ucinet 6.212 is used to calculate respondents’ network indicators: central and intermediary roles. And SPSS 12.0 software is used to conduct statistical analysis. Final research results show that: 1. Interpersonal network of centers and intermediaries are highly and positively co-related to organizational commitment, indicating that the network of interpersonal relationships does a positive impact on organizational commitment. 2. Personality trait dimension of "rigor," "emotional stability" and organizational commitment are positively co-related. 3. Organizational commitment and job performance are also highly and positively co-related.
