Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 工業設計學系 === 97 === This research emphasizes on the decomposition analysis. In developing modular design, and replaning the two techniques, the fuzzy interpretive structural model (FISM) and the fuzzy clustering analysis (FCA) in sorting. The fuzzy interpretive structural model combines the interpretive structural model and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation, is more useful in deciding the priority of components in production than other methods. By using fuzzy clustering analysis, the relationship between the assessed value of parts indicates the strength of connection between components. It simplifies four stages to two stages, and makes sort designing easier.
The research objects addressed in this paper include:
1. This research takes the multi-speed drive hub for example to verify the application of fuzzy theory in product modular design.
2. Re-construct Fuzzy Interpretive Structural Modeland fuzzy clustering analysis of steps to a more suitable parts of the modular product design and planning applications.
3. Parts classification considerations related to Link strength of Parts .
