Description
Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 97 === This study attempts to use the concept of social networks to investigate the innovation network of the high technology in Taiwan, including Telecommunications, Audiovisual technology and Computer technology, and then test the results of innovation network fit it with. This study investigates Taiwan's high-tech patent invention between knowledge transferring in the network, and interprets the centrality of innovation network characteristics based on the social network indicators. As well as being quoted from the citation and cited patent, patent reference shown between knowledge relevance, and relative position to understand the invention of the relationship between the reference and then to discuss Taiwan's high-tech innovation network in the structural characteristics. This study found that Taiwan's high-tech innovation network has small world phenomenon, and from an early age to comprehend the characteristics of the world even if the patented invention only attributes similar to each other patented technology used, the patented knowledge transfer it is possible to use certain shortcuts patent effects. The results also revealed that innovation network does not occupy an important place in the patent of inventors, and outside world without too much interaction between the small groups, which have more strong links, not many weak links. Weak link which contact the different groups promotes knowledge transfer, and knowledge creation. Therefore, the establishment of network of weak links in Taiwan's high-tech innovation should be future direction of development.
