| Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 建築學系 === 97 === Taiwan is the country with the highest density of 7-ELEVEn in the world. Taiwanese people have already got used to ‘its’ existence, from locality setting to mighty logistics system. The intelligence of logistics have become the sources to enable 7-ELEVEn to expand its business.
Through the decades, Taiwanese family types are under transformation as well. The price for living alone is our need of 'life outsourcing' services. Will this engender variations in spatial configuration of the world in which we live?
This project takes 7-ELEVEn as the research object to generate 'the model' of 7-ELEVEn in the space, the management strategy and the operation pattern. Form the presupposition of current social context, the station prototype which integrates stream of people, logistics, and spatial class will be developped.
This station will bring out a whole new life style, a new metropolis landscape, and eventually 7-ELEVEn will become a city which may operate on its own - 'the metropolis puppet government' 7-ELEVEn Urban Station.
