During the whole process , to control the quality in every step and render the best product to customers is always the most important task for quality assurance department of the enterprice. Especially, from getting order and outsouring to subcontractors for finished products assembly, delivering on time, competitive cost and best quality are what the enterprice chase, of course, the best practise making profit. Under the outsourcing production model, quality management process is key stage in whole productin process. Only with quality managemnet, enterprice process value can be improved. Therefore, every corporate need to have it. The thesis hope to build up a real time quality management system, which can transmit the quality data, analyze and solve the material and production abnormality. In the real time quality management system, the key point is to get the real time quality information feedback from subcontractors, inclduing material vendors, controller provider and subcontractors of system products. The thesis is to discuss and analyze IC design, NAND Flash memory and outsouring production in Taiwan IC industry and Company P is to be set as the objective of the case study. By IDEF0 and UML, to realize the real time quality management sytems in Compnay P, inclding quality data input/output in every production stage and among supply chains, and the anzlysis for information feebacked. With real time quality management systems which is to be developed in the thesis, the quality information input and output in subcontractors can be controlled and managed simtaneously. Using statistic tool, the quality issues and root causes can be digged out efficiently. To improve the quality, keeping tracing and monitor are both necessary. Then, the optimized quality can be reached and total qualtity cost would be lower.
