NTIL has developed SIP (Session Initial Protocol) based VoIP system telephone network, as NTIL build more and more branch servers. The number of database gets bigger and bigger, but the lack of an effective management mechanism still remains. The purpose of this paper is to build an efficient database synchronization mechanism, which effectively manages the databases in NTIL VoIP system. Furthermore, this mechanism allows users to search for VoIP data more conveniently. With the combined web call technology that allows users through the web interface, the users can directly communicate.
In addition, this paper presents a set of mechanism, which allows the VoIP phones to directly communicate with each other without via IVR (Interactive Voice Response). Web call system can call the traditional or VoIP phones directly through this mechanism, which makes it more intuitive and user-friendly.
