TFT-LCD is already becomes the standard product in 3C businesses applications and also become the main stream product of displays in 21 century. How to boost the producing capability, invent the new product, new technology, new material, etc. All are the main thinking in business. The main issue is how to decrease the cost and how to posses the competency. The technology of TFT-LCD belongs to the area of the high precision optical-electrical manufacture. The high quality requirement is demanded in this part. Due to the enormous produce request in the production line, how to decrease the work time, increase the turnout, solve the emergent issue rapidly, promote the yielding rate, all of the emergent solution to be faced for the present. The theme of this study is to develop one set of practical and useful R&D technology for business use. It was presupposed to the client’s requirement, then from the requirement, to get the consensus mutually. Reuse the “ Insight and segment from the client’s expectation” method, and classified the demand into five ways: Function, Features, Limitation, Preferences, and Expectation. According to the five ways to find the solution, and satisfy the customer’s demand. From this study one automatic equipment system of TFT-LCD cell rapid automation test system was developed spontaneously, and this system was demonstrated successfully from the lightening test (the successful lightening rate reach 99.95%). These results showed that the useful and available ways were developed in this study.
