In reference to related documents and charts, a survey of “Military Instructors’ Satisfaction of Participation had stadied at school of 97 school year in In-Service Education and Their Sense of Efficacy in Teaching in the Senior High and Senior Vocational High Schools” was conducted to 397 school military instructors who have completed 18 units in the in-service education program “Teaching and Counseling.” The survey was examined by experts and analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistics, one-sample t-tesr, independent sample t-tesr, one way ANOVA and Pearson Product-moment Correlation with the statistic software SPSS 12.0. There were 212 valid surveys, which was 53.40% in return. This research concludes the survey results in the following: 1.School military instructors are satisfied with the in-service education program “Teaching and Counseling” they enrolled, especially with their instructors. 2.Female, middle-age, new school military instructors and those who come from the cities of direct district to in-service education program “Teaching and Counseling” have higher satisfaction. 3.School military instructors are highly satisfied with their good teaching efficacy. 4.The more satisfied the school military instructors feel about the in-service education, the higher their sense of teaching efficacy.
