This research hope can establish systematized the model, has set at variance between the surface each other relations, obtains the quantification information using the questionnaire way, use statistics software SPSS15.0 as well as the AMOS7.0 achievement analyzes the tool, discovers the interdependence using the structure equation, the main statistical analysis method letter validity analysis, the descriptive statistics, the connection analysis, the mean value comparative analysis, the structure equation model, its findings are as follows: 1. Supposition model this research is tenable, may prove individual factor and the organization factor will affect job satisfaction then to affect join the organization personally the difficulty degree. 2. The manager will lead the style and individual personality special characteristic is most important regarding the job degree of satisfaction influence. 3. The experience regarding integrates the organization to have the important influence personally, suggested the company should have to strengthen between the staff to experience the exchange and the communication.
