Treat appropriate dimensions for the professional code of ethics of special education teachers. 2. Construct appropriate the professional code of ethics for elementary school special education teachers. According to the study results, the limitation and generalization of this study was discussed. Besides, some recommendations were suggested to facilitate further researches related to this issue.To begin with,related literature and research on ethics of special education teachers were reviewed in the study. The method of this research combines with both quantitative and qualitative approach. Two data collection instruments, which were ”interviews method“and conducted three times of”Delphi technique questionnaire survey” on twenty four practical experts and using the”Kolomogorov-Smirnov one sample test“to proceed with the identical analysis on the experts, the researcher has finally gained consensus from the experts to establish“the professional code of ethics for elementary school special education teachers”. This index consists of five dimensions,” Professional knowledge and attitude for special education teachers” ,”Parent- teacher relationship”,”Teacher-student relationship”, ”Colleague relationship”,”Social relationship”and they were further broken down into thirty-five principle. Finally, based on the research result, the researcher has proposed the professional code of ethics for elementary school special education teachers and provided suggestions on the application of the special education organization for elementary school teachers and further study in this respect for the reference of follow-up researchers. 蔡昆瀛 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 220 zh-TW |
