The target-students are the elementary school swimmers who have the honors to receive the trophies of “Taipei City Primary/Junior High School United Games” and the instruments are the self-designed “Perceived Coaches’ Leadership Behavior Inventory” and “Training Satisfaction Scale”. Besides, the collected data were analyzed by the statistic methods which include Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Scheffe’s Method. The results are as follows: 1. The degrees of Taipei elementary school swimmers’ perceived coaches’ leadership in order were training and guidance, caring and reward, democracy, autarchy; on the training satisfaction, the professional performance was the highest, on the other hand, the personal performance was the lowest. 2. Male swimmers’ caring and reward, democracy, training and guidance’s behaviors of perceived coaches’ leadership were higher than female swimmers’; on the aspect of the training and guidance, the fourth and fifth graders were eminent higher than the sixth graders; on the aspect of the caring and reward, the one swimming year or less swimmers were remarkable higher than the four swimming years or more swimmers; on the aspect of the autarchy, the swimmers obtained first three were noticeable higher than the others; on the aspect of the caring and reward, the swimmers with 5-8 weekly training hours were significant higher than the swimmers with 9-12 or even more weekly training hours; on the aspect of the democracy, the swimmers with 1-4 and 5-8 weekly training hours were conspicuous higher than the swimmers with 9-12 or more weekly training hours. 3. The male swimmers perceived more training content, personal performance and professional performance from the coaches than the female swimmers did; on the aspect of the professional performance, the fourth graders were higher than the sixth graders. 4. The coaches’ leadership behavior and the factors of training satisfaction were between no significant and moderate correlated. 陳顯宗 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 72 zh-TW
