Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所碩士班 === 97 === This study focus on the Relationship between Executive Human Resource Development and Career Path of Educational Disciplines. This study is aimed at the Educational Disciplines’ graduate of master in 2005, and the research method is Secondary Analysis, the statistic information is based on Integrated Higher Education Database System in Taiwan, collecting students ideas and opinions. After sorting the data, the available samples are 975. In order to reach the researching object, we analyze the data by descriptive-Statistics, t-test, chi-square, discriminant analysis and reach the following results. 1. The human resource development of Executive Human Resource of Educational Disciplines reach more than a high level. 2. The majority of current career plan is working from people in Executive Human Resource of Educational Disciplines, and the major working type is Education services; more the 90 percent are satisfied in their working. 3. The current situation of on job training in Executive Human Resource of Educational Disciplines, most of them are working and studying at the same time, and their major studying is domestic’s Eduational Disciplines. 4. The relationship between the department of master education and present job is relatively high, and graduate education also has a positive help for working. 5. When students from Executive Human Resource of Educational Disciplines enter career, over educated is a common phenomenon. 6. The differences of human resource development and career path in variables’ background : (1) There’s a big difference on sex in human resource development. (2) There’s a big difference on marriage in human resource development. (3) There’s a big difference on loan in human resource development. (4) There’s no big difference on graduate school in human resource development. (5) There’s no big difference on sex in career choice. (6) There’s a big difference on marriage in career choice. (7) There’s no big difference on loan in career choice. (8) There’s no big choice on graduate school in career choice. 7. The four dimensions of human resource development effectively explain the outcome of learn to use in Executive Human Resource of Educational Disciplines Lastly, according to the research, we submit suggestions in Executive Human Resource Development and Career Path of Educational Disciplines, offering related organizations making up policies and references about future plans.
