Study between the views of different disciplines to carry out water conservation and river management, particularly water quality and safety and eco-engineering has not yet been determined between the relevant times, with particular emphasis on the protection of the environment and create good water quality important. The focus of this study, emphasizing the environment and pollution control to create and enhance the capacity of water, making the catchment area to withstand natural disasters and man-made pollution to improve water quality. To create a water environment, should also consider the ecological environment and water quality between the bases of mutual relations. The first part of (environmental background): hydrological water feature and basic rationale for the investigation and to introduce socio-economic conditions in the region and introduced the principle of the plan, such as subject knowledge and application. The second part of (the field survey and analysis): The key problem areas and potential pollution of the definition of assessment efforts and the future location of the flooding concerns. EC designated priority water to combat river and coastal environment to create the district. The three Part of (pollution prevention and response): Water is animal and plant, one of the fundamentalthe for life, the river water quality Taipei stake the lives of six million and the economy, water management and sustainable development and water management strategy for success catchment areas have to depend on public support and participation.
