How to utilize the technology effective and fast for application is the goal of most of researcher studies. The close range of photogrammetry using surveyed-digital camera and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) for survey is quite widespread such as in the field of Civil engineering construction, historical site maintenance, building model reconstruction or industry and so on, but its application is very expensive and time-consuming. Up to now, commercial digital cameras with highly dpi more than ten million pixels are very common. Thus, the purpose of this study is for application of 3D building visualization and simulation by photogrammetry using non-surveyed digital camera and laser distance meter. This study measured the distance and took image by using laser distance meter and non-surveyed digital camera, respectively. After adjustments, the data were analyzed by statistics for precision evaluation.
