Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 體育與健康學系碩士班 === 97 === This research is discussed the status of sleep/alcohol-drinking habits and health condition, and the relationships between sleep/alcohol-drinking and health condition in college students(N=1377). In addition, the sleep/alcohol-drinking habits were used as two independent variables to predict the probability of the health condition. The results showed that the sleep time “rests sufficient 7-8 hours” in the university students were 37.3%, and the sleep time for “insufficient 7-8 hours” were 62.7%. And the alcohol-drink habit “drinks” were 42.0%, and “no drinks” were 58.0%. On the side, the mean of SBP, DBP, Hgb, UA, CHOL, and Glu.AC were 122.51 mmHg, 73.38 mmHg, 14.41 mg/dL, 6.23 mg/dL, 182.06 mg/dL, and 83.96 mg/dL, respectively. The mentality disorders “suffer from mentality disorders” in the university students were 39.0%. And the digestion-related disorders “suffer from digestion-related disorders” were 32.9%. Sleep time was significant with mentality disorders and digestion-related disorders. And alcohol-drinking habit was significant with mentality disorders. Additional, sleep time was significant with alcohol-drinking habit, but the VIF = 1, so they would not affect each other. The sleep time was significant different between SBP, DBP, Hgb, UA, mentality disorders and digestion-related disorders. And alcohol-drinking habit was significant different between Hgb, UA, and mentality disorders. Moreover, sleep time and alcohol-drinking habit can predict SBP, DBP, Hgb, UA, mentality disorders and digestion-related disorders effectively.
