Subjects participating in the study were 25 male high school rugby players divide into 3 groups. A PRI group (30、40、50、60 RPM, n=8, age 15.00±1.31)、B PRI group (60, 70, 80, 90 RPM ,n=9, age 15.11±0.93) and control group (n=8, age 14.75±1.28). Training session was performed four times a week. After 4 weeks training, each groups 30m sprint、Power、agility、Reaction Time and bio tests were examined. In comparison of 0-10m, 10-20m, 20-30m, and 0-30m results indicated no significance (p>0.05) between pre and post test of the two groups. Group B showed better adaptation in blood lactate changes and better efficiency in elevated AMP & IMP. Groups A、B were high in CK volume change, especially group B. After four weeks training heart rate in group B indicated an increase in physical adaption. This study has shown that through different bio indexes and scientific evaluations a training affect the training is possible and prevents injures and over training.
