Realistic job previews are an effective method for job survival. Most of the enterprises reveal their internal strengths in the process of recruitment but conceal internal weaknesses trying to attract outstanding candidate. However, these new employees finally find inconsistent perception between real job and their anticipation and may choice to leave. Thus realistic job previews is an important human management issue. In this study, based on the perspective of realistic job previews, we explore the relationships between expectations met and work satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover. The empirical samples were staffs new for a company in Taiwan. By questionnaire survey, the total number of samples is 192. We apply the regression analysis to make sure the results. The empirical results reveal six findings: (1) realistic job previews on expectation met has a significant impact; (2)expectation met on job satisfaction has no significant impact; (3)expectation met on organizational commitment has a significant impact; (4)expectation met on turnover intentions have a significant impact; (5)organizational socialization has no moderating effect on the relationship between expectation met and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intentions; (6)organizational attractiveness has moderating effect on the relationship between expectation met and organizational commitment.
