Next, aluminum will be sputtered on AAO templates with carbon nanotubes by RF and direct current (DC) with different sputtering time and pressure. Finally, aluminum oxide will be formed and annealed with different temperatures. In addition, prepared aluminum foil electrodes will be tested by SEM. Furthermore, in order to find the better/superiorly prepared methods/conditions of aluminum foil electrodes, aluminum foil electrodes will be proceeded electrochemical tests.
