However, previous research primarily concentrated on the initial adoption of IT usage behaviors under organization’s mandate and less of the post acceptance behaviors of volitional system. To obtain a thorough understanding of technology acceptance, the interest of this study is to propose an expanded model which incorporating technology acceptance beliefs and psychological attachment into the Post Acceptance Model. Two experiments were undertaken to investigate the continuance intention on the post-adoption stage while using the Web2.0 technology. For a general results of the experiment, the second experiment was used in research situations where replication and cross validation. Using exposure data from 825 users of the two Web2.0 plateforms (i.e., Windows Live and Flickr), our research was free simulation experiments where the experimental setting duplicates or simulates a real world situation. Furthermore, we use an invariance-testing strategy to test for the replicability of factorial structure and structural paths across population subgroups for latent variables in our research model. The results showed that: (a) Post Acceptance Model is robust theory for studying the continuance intention on volitional usage behaviors; (b) technology beliefs about ease of use, and psychological attachment of both compliance and internalization were important and influential factors to the volitional context; (c) perceived ease of use has a direct effect on user’s continuance intentions behaviors for the Wen2.0 system; (d) internalization has a direct effect on user’s attitude for the Wen2.0 system; and (e) compliance and internalization have a direct effect on user’s continuance intentions behaviors for the Wen2.0 system. Implications of these finding for practitioners and future research are outlined. NONE 莊煥銘 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 88 zh-TW
