Referring from foreign literatures, conclude that they use some method to value the invisible property such as back or forward citation, patent number and investment. The methods are so various and not suitable for small company. These financing cases are concerned about small companies so we decide to adopt opinions of experts. Compare with foreign papers which tend to measure large scale company, however a small company lacks of resources. There are not some standard for measure invisible property exist, we decide to test if some of the points will affect experts’ approval. After acquiring information which contained IPR records of experts from 2005 to 2008, we filing the database of small company then analyze it. Examine the correlation of three aspects that technique, intellectual property and market between experts’ approval.
