How to expand the scale and increase the various trading tools are the key points for bills finance company. In the environmental impact, the topic of how the bills finance company to reconstruct and outstanding then to have the scale economics and category economics is more important subject than the others. This is also the subject that supervisor''s organization wants to understand. In this research, we established a model to examine the scale economics and category economics of bills finance company by the index of scale economics and category economics. Moreover, we also expect that the result can provide a valuable reference for the members in the bills finance association. This research was focused on 13 bills finance companies during Jan, 2001 to Jul, 2008 and used multiproduct translog cost function with SCFA. Finally, we analyzed the effect of scale economics and category economics by simulating the combination of bills finance companies. The result shows that bills finance company is not in suitable situation in scale economics and category economics. We simulated the combination of bills finance company, the whole operation are not in the scale economics but in category economics.
