Initially, the PLL is in a acquisition phase, and the PFD will more charge signals. After, the charger will reduce the charge pulse wave and the width gradually. The charge signals depend on the product of pulse width and current size. A battery''s energy density is also affected by these two factors. Our charger uses five segment of charging currents.
