Description
Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 97 === In addition to functionalities of the system itself, online teaching systems also need to focus on the design of teaching materials in order to help students to learn effectively. The purpose of this study is to improve teaching materials of the Ruby programming languages by improving the deficiencies of some popular Ruby programming books and to enable it to be a completely online learning material that better meet the needs of the learners. This study uses the ADDIE model to guide the process of developing a student-centered autonomous learning environment. In such an environment, students can acquire related knowledge and skills through a logical framework designed within the teaching materials and to solve a number of exercises related to the teaching subjects. We also discuss the relationship between the discovery learning theory and the social learning theory, and to integrate them into the design of the teaching material. According to the discovery learning theory, designing a group of progressive materials and exercises can help students learn more efficiently. In addition, the social learning theory can motivate learners to resolve problems, and to promote interaction among students to reach a common goal of growth.
