Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 通訊工程研究所碩士班 === 97 === This thesis is focused on the investigation of channel decoders in DVB-T2 systems. The modular designs presented in this thesis include BCH coder, LDPC coder and bit interleaver. Coded signals are passed through various modulation schemes and channel models before they reach the receiver. At the receiver, we choose Berlekamp-Massey algorithm to find the index polynomial for BCH decoder. Chien search algorithm is used to find the error indices. Finally, we select the log-domain sum product algorithm to control the error rate of LDPC decoder. Simulation results show that the coding strategy can effectively lower down the error rate under any assumptions of modulation schemes and transmission standards. By the way, the coder also works well on Rayleigh channel environment for QPSK modulation.
