Every office administration not only teaching but also need to promote administrative work. They must face higher authorities’ requirement, and give consideration to the demand of school colleague, student, parents and society public. Besides they need take care of teaching and administration both, teacher working itself, working environment, person in charge leads, personal relationships, salary welfare, social status, etc., factor will influence work satisfaction; teacher potency will effect teacher’s behavior; and teacher’s behavior are closely linked with students’ result. (Brophy & Good, 1986) This research carries on the inquisition from work satisfaction to the teacher potency’ influence, expected to understood that in work satisfaction of Junior High School teacher with concurrently administrative duty and teacher’s potency aspect situation, This research took all county of Yunlin Junior High School teacher with holds a concurrent of the administrative duty as the object of study. Understood that it in work satisfaction with the teacher potency’s relations, took out the proposal at last according to the study result. This research by the correlation analysis, the t examination, and single factor variance number with gradually diversity rotate etc., with statistical methods to discuss the current situation regard to work satisfaction and teacher potency. Relevance and work satisfaction to teacher’s potency predict strength. The result of study of work satisfaction reveals that Junior High School teacher in Yunlin County holds a concurrently of the administrative duty assumes above of satisfaction. And teacher’s potency intensity assumes above of medium. Work satisfaction assumes remarkable moderate related with the teacher’s potency, Work satisfaction assumes the forward connection to forecast of strength of the teacher potency. In the personal background part, work satisfaction will have remarkable difference of showing because of marital status, etc., and teacher’s potency also will have remarkable difference of showing because of marital status, education, administrative age etc., are different.
