This research proposed that a Web2.0 coordination writting environment, the system analysis way construction enables the knowledge sharer by UML to writting” how to do” a matter''s experience to manage the prototype platform, uses one issue multiple answers the edition construction, and joins compiles concept of the content again use, achieves the content again use by the plain mode the function.Also because of the question and the answers classify management, enables each subject to put in the suitable classification, seek knowledge could find rapidly by the tree classification is interested the question and the respective answers, to cause the content to writting can control and tracing, therefore add in the member management and the edition course record, also provided request question area and the question discussion area, promoted the content nature and the quantity growth by the subject-like discussion, The Solutions subject which the expert suggested that lets expert writting the suggestion the answers combination, finally may use the SMART analysis tool, where does the auxiliary make decision, achieved picks up, the coordination creating, classify and the organize, store up, shifting and application a series of processes from the knowledge has the high efficiency and enhanced value of the content.
