According to reaserch results the workplace friendship have positive effect in the improvement of employees’ interdependence and decrease turnover rate in the company Therefore, this study is to discussion different work status will have different friendship build up in the company. We take different work status as independent variables, workplace friendship as dependent variable, personality as a moderating variable for multiple-level regression. The results show that workplace friendship and work status have significant positive relationship. Besides, the survey indicates that employee’s personality and work status both can affect workplace friendship. The reason of the dispatched employees may due to permanent employees feel threat which leads to the difficulty of workplace friendship establish. Meanwhile the dispatched employees who has positive personality like agreeableness, conscientiousness and extraversion all have certain relationship with better workplace friendship. Such as friendly, responsible, lively personality can have a good workplace friendship easier. To sum up, this study proposes to enterprise: to communicate and understand what permanent employees’ suggestion and respondent is crucial when hires dispatched employees. In addition, management should take care of different needs from each employee and keep a consistent communication to encourage communication and friendship build up in the company.
