Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學理工學院 === 應用化學碩士班 === 98 === The topic of this thesis is mainly divided into three parts to discuss the activity on the steam reforing of ethanol (SRE).
Part one:Evaluation of SRE activity over Zirconia—supported bimetallic catalysts. The bimetallic catalysis have been prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method and deposition-precipitation method. Activity of SRE over PtRu/ZrO2 and PtAu/ZrO2 catalysts by operating at the 22,000 h-1 GHSV and H2O/EtOH molar ratio of 13. The results indicated that the PtRu/ZrO2 catalyst was better than PtAu/ZrO2 catalyst.
Part two:Evaluation of SRE activity over PtRuMgx/ZrO2 catalysts. The modified PtRuMgx/ZrO2 (x = 0.25、0.5、1、2)catalysts with Mg have been prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method. The results indicated that the PtRuMg1/ZrO2 catalyst was best than other modified catalysts. The ethanol conversion approached completion around 250 ℃ and low distribution of CO (FCO < 0.2%) under 275 ℃ over PtRuMg1/ZrO2 catalyst. Evaluation of the different H2O/EtOH molar ratio (13、7.6、4.86 and 3.65) of SRE reaction over PtRuMg1/ZrO2 catalyst. The best condition of H2O/EtOH molar ratio was 13.
Part three:Evaluation of SRE activity over physical mixing of PtRuMg1/ZrO2 and CoOx/ZrO2 catalysts. The physical mixed can decrease of methane and increase of hydrogen yield over SRE reaction.
