碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工關係學系暨研究所 === 99 === Due to the specialty of working labor and non-open environment, volunteer military personnel lacking of cognitive of outsider, which would make affecting to the next career after retirement especially without appropriate intact planning ahead. For career military personnel from military academy, thirty months to four years education and six years above for service which building unique personal character from outsider, thus, probe to the key factors of common veteran personality in next civilian job influence would be not only crucial to success, but also the purpose of analysis and research. Thesis consists of three major areas. First, theory construction initially concluded from literatures and documentary. Secondly, theory goes to serial revises and melting into empirical investigation by questionnaire. Finally, by quantitative analysis from veteran to conclude the relationships among military characters, personal assets, and career success. The results of the study are as follows. 1. Career success affected by personal characters is partly affirmative. 2. Human capital is the moderator between five personal characters and career success.
