In this work,we covalently bonded the functional groups of the ionic liquid on the surface of silica gel as SPE sorbents.Then the extraction efficiencies and seletivities of cation,anion,and netural compounds were examined.The results show that SiO2-DVB-VBBI can absorb netural and acidic compounds.In addition addition of divinylbenzene as the functional group of sorbents can increase the absorption of the netural compounds,as compared with those of SiO2-VBBI.Further more,SiImBS was shown to high absorb efficiency for basic compounds,it is a new developed stationary phase from our study. The extraction and desorption hehaviors of the sorbents from this study can be applied to the development of chromatographic column.By the preliminary data of chromaogric separation with SiO2- are presented to demonstate the potential of this stationary phase in chromatogric separations.
