Work hardening and recrystallization behavior will affect the mechanical properties of materials. Therefore, if we can predict the microstructure evolution in the hot rolling process by numerical analysis method, it will be able to precisely control the mechanical properties of steel after hot rolling, shorten the test time of hot rolling parameters and reduce the cost of production. In our research, we construct a numerical analysis method base on incremental formulation in multi-pass hot rolling process and use the Visual C++ software to establish a computer analysis simulation model which can run online. With average grain size and stress-strain curves from the calculations, we can predict the microstructure evolution of steel in multi-pass hot rolling process. Particle swarm optimization was combined with incremental formulation to adjust the material paramaters of steel, therefore the developed incremental formulation could applied to predict the microstructure evolution in multi-pass hot rolling process. none 劉德騏 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 108 zh-TW |
