Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械工程所 === 98 === This study is focus on tidal generation, for purposes of bringing up a new tidal generation conceptual design and building the mathematical model of tidal generation, which can simply divide into four parts. First place is discussion about the situation nowadays of foreign and domestic energy supplies, including the applications of renewable energy presently. Especially, we focus on their advantages, disadvantages and limitations of applications in order to compare tidal generation with other renewable energies. Second part is description of detail of tidal generation. It can further divide to two parts, tidal process and hydraulic abstraction. The former describes that how the tidal works, including the principles, characteristics and the environmental conditions. The latter concentrates on water turbine, introduces the work theory, types and limitations for working. Moreover, decide the suitable type of water turbine for tidal generation. Thirdly, this study brings up a conceptual design which can conquer the disadvantages in tidal generation mentioned before. At the same time, for this conceptual design, we particularly introduce the purpose, structure, ability and working process of each part. Finally we make the energy analysis by fluid dynamics theory in chapter five, that include the work conditions, hydraulic loss and efficient. Also, we build the completed functions by the basis of model design. Moreover, in chapter six, we actually accumulate how benefit the conceptual design can achieve and what conditions needed based on quoting the function models.
