Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教學專業發展數位學習碩士在職專班 === 98 === This study aims to understand how students on in-service master’s program of teaching professional development participate in studying, how teacher and students interact, how teaching materials are presented, and relations between students. It attempts to analyze how students shape their experience under different learning media. Finding from the analyses were summarized as follows: 1.Regardless of physical or online courses, teacher’s ability and shaping of teaching atmosphere are especially important. 2.How teacher uses teaching material affects students’ understanding. Teaching materials must also give consideration to interaction. 3.Digital learning is short of presence, which tests student’s concentration and endurance. 4.Digital partner’s real-time interaction and feedback can excite more learning potential. 5.Not easy to produce a sense of belonging in group, student-teacher interaction has room to make progress. 6.Interaction through peer cooperation allows individual’s to enlarge his horizon and accumulate his learning energy. 7.Courses combined with practical job increase student’s interest and willingness to learn. 8.Digital learning is a flexible learning mechanism, but it also requires time management and more self-regulation. 9.Creating a frequent dialogue environment allows individual to learn more through interaction with peer and teacher.
