| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 台灣文學所 === 98 === During Japanese colonial period, poets, artist, celebrities from different place assembled in the Lin-lang Shan-ko instituted by Lee Te-ho, which had a great influence on the development of art in Chia-yi. It made Lin-lang Shan-ko a Sharon Arts Center in Chia-yi area. As the host of Lin-lang Shan-ko, she was famous for her great achievement in poet, literature and art. In literature, she attended and leaded the activities of poet society so that she was of eminent fame in the Literati. In art, not only did she participate in and found a painting group but she was also rewarded in the official exhibition again and again.
Lee Te-ho lived in the age that tradition and modern alternated with each other. Under the concept - a woman is virtuous only if she is talentless prevailing over the traditional society, she received not only tradition Chinese studies but also high education instead. Her wonderful life of art was not terminated by marriage; however, it achieved the mountain peak after getting married. The study attempts to discuss the activities of poet society as well as painting group she had ever attended and the situation of her making friends with poets, artists and celebrities. In addition, it also analyzes the literati club she had ever taken part in, which had a great influence on the development of art in Chia-yi area.
Lee Te-ho does not only perform prominently in the Literati and painting world, but be also successful in her family management; namely, she makes a close combination between her favorite literatures, arts and daily life as well. The study attempts to discuss Lee Te-ho’s life experience and works and appreciate the style of her works and characteristic of arts in hope to find her perspectives of living art which blend with her real life perfectly.
