Knowledge management capacity becomes a key resource to improve organizational performance and gain competitive advantage. This study extends Gold et al. (2001) by adding business process innovation as a mediator to examine the effect of knowledge infrastructure capability and knowledge process capability on the business process innovation and organizational performance. A survey on the financial services industry was conducted to empirically test the model. One hundred and seventeen questionnaires were collected. The effective response rate was 27.27%. The results of statistical analysis indicate that: (1) Organizational structure and organizational culture have significantly positive effects on organizational performance, mediated by business process innovation. (2) Knowledge infrastructure capabilities has a significantly positive effect on business process innovation and organizational performance, mediated by knowledge process capability (3) Organizational culture and organizational structure have significantly positive effects on organizational performance. (4) Product knowledge management and customer knowledge management have significantly positive effects on organizational performance.
