Besides, RFIDs are also applied in the hospital in recent years, that contains the patient tracing and the medical drugs manipulation, as well as provides the immediately medical service. The circuit is divided into two parts, one for the light sensing part and the other is the signal control part .The main concept is to use front-end signal and transmits in digital signal, than 4-bit encoding circuit to control 16 groups of control signal. The light intensity and light position are detected by sensing chip of 2.4GHz RF signal through the double voltage circuit. Then , through a rectifier circuit to obtain a stable 1V of output voltage to provide sensing and control circuitry , all the circuit designs are used with photosensitive diode elements of 35um × 35um per unit area . Mainly, we design the sensor circuit of transponder chip embedded in RFID. In view of each circuit, we propose in detail description with the discussion and design process. We first simulate each circuit by ADS and HSPICE software tools to satisfy the circuit performance.
