For this reason, this study attempts to lime cure sludge (sludge -lime) of observation to their different air-dried time of condensation properties (The depth of Vicat needle 、Dry unit weight ) and Unconfined compression properties (strength , secant modulus ). The test material produced from Taipei dihua sewage treatment plant sludge dewatering. Test conditions of sludge-lime for the four initial moisture content rates ( = 83%、78%、73% and 68%) and nine lime content ( = 0%、3%、6%、9%、12%、15%、18%、21% and 24%). Regarding to the research of (1) the condensation process, curing of sludge-lime becomes hard, with a value of smaller to zero; (2) sludge-lime's complete curing time, = 83% is 10.0 、 =78% is 8.5 、 =73% is 6.5 and =68% is 4.5 ;(3)Drying efficiency of chemical reactions, =3% is 2.6%、 =12% is 8.9%、 =24% is 16.0%;(4)Sludge-lime cure on the soaking and softening time, <3% About 2 、 >9% it is not softening completely;(5)With the smaller, specimen becoming hard, make 、 larger.
